This is a form of therapy designed to help cope with the emotional, physical, and psychological impacts of losing a loved one or experiencing a significant life change. The aim is to support individuals through their grieving process and help them find ways to move forward. It provides compassionate support to individuals dealing with the death of a loved one or other significant losses such as loss of a job, loss of certain bodily functions e.g amputations, divorce e.t.c
